Fieldstone Partners, established in 1990 in Houston, Texas, is an experienced merchant banking firm, providing sophisticated acquisition advisory services, while also leading private equity transactions for its own account and that of a selected group of investment partners. Now in its 20th year of operations, Fieldstone focuses on two principal activities:
- Buy-side acquisition advisory services for sizable clients, with an intense focus on the dynamics of the target industry.
- Initiating private equity transactions in situations where we and our investor partners can add substantial value. We have considerable experience with complex recapitalizations, and try to help design transaction structures that align all participants.
While focused in the above two areas, we have participated in a wide range of industries, including aerospace, oilfield service, refinery/petrochemical services, IT services and, more recently, renewable energy.
