Steve Cook, President and CEO
Steve Cook has been active in the investment banking and merchant banking business since 1974. After initially training with the International Banking Division of First National Bank of Boston, he served for over 10 years in the corporate finance department of Rotan Mosle, Inc. in Houston, a leading regional investment banking firm, which merged with Paine Webber in 1983. Steve was Senior Vice President, Director and co-head of the Corporate Finance Department. After six years in the leveraged buyout and structured finance business, Steve founded Fieldstone Partners in 1990.
